June 10, 2011: 20+ of New Hampshire's up and coming independent film makers, including screenwriters, set designers, actors, grips, sound, lighting, and a cinematographer joined forces with Scott Webster, Adam Volkmann, and Christopher Preble of Banded Light Pictures to take on the NH 48 Hour Film Project challenge.
On that faithful night, ideas flew, pizza was annihilated, and somehow... somehow a script found its way to the page by 4am of the following morning with just hours to spare before shooting was to commence. The fruit of that laborious undertaking can be seen here at Banded Light Pictures' production of Resonance.
Unreel Sound was there, too, adding the finishing touches of sound design and original music to round out the production.
The result of that crazy weekend: Banded Light Pictures' production of Resonance takes home the prestigious 48 Hour Audience Choice award for the group b showing. Come to the "Best Of" screening Thursday, August 4th at Red River Theatres to see if Resonance takes home any other prizes that are still up for grabs. 08/04/2011 UPDATE: In addition to Audience Choice, Resonance also takes home awards for Best Choreography, Best Special Effect, and Unreel Sound is proud to annouce that we also took home the prize for Best Musical Score!
